All our crystal gifts are made to order. This means when you place an order, we carefully create your personalized item just for you, ensuring exceptional quality.
As we work with global suppliers, some products may ship internationally before reaching your address. Not all items are made strictly in the US.
Please monitor tracking details provided at checkout, and check the Estimated Arrival Time (ETA) listed on each product page.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (Pacific Standard Time), excluding major US postal holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping Address & Delivery Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors.
If you contact the final-mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not liable for any resulting loss, damage, or theft.
USPS may deliver to P.O. Boxes. However, other carriers that do not deliver to such addresses may leave your package at accessible areas like your front door, porch, or garage. Please retrieve your package promptly to avoid theft, as we do not compensate for stolen parcels.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, or if your order is delayed significantly, please reach out to our Customer Support immediately for assistance.
Orders may be handed over to local carriers for final delivery particularly for products that are shipped from overseas. Please monitor tracking information closely during this stage.
